“Pray today we are present to feel the day a little more consciously.”
Sending you a ton of a ⚡️ AMBERGY ✨ Daily LOG (Learn, Observe, Gratitude)
What I learned: Fears will come up when making big leaps..look at fear in the eye, wink at it & say “Bring it”
What I observed: I was mindless today so much so that I spilled medicine on my daughter’s clothes 🤦♀️
What I appreciated: Being able to honor my commitment by working out even though class was cancelled 🎊
The best way to contribute is to share a bit of you with us!
Share: When did you show up mindfully to embrace today?
With Ambergy!

‘Hey influential you, feel super honored that right here, right now, you are reading this message.
Magic 💥 we’ve officially crossed paths in Divine timing. The intention of Diary of X-Mom is to make us realize that our potential is limitless, cheer life on with positivity and consciously shift our mindset to better serve us + the world so we can unlock the greatness within.’
Believing in our Greatness!
Today began with a determination to better myself and it felt great, like tapping into elevated living into my own greatness! No alarm needed as my phone was in the living room 😃 Looked out the window to discover magic, the glorious sky was lit as it was time for sunshine ☀️ Makes me happy!
Onto the routines of X-Mom with two teenage boys who need to rise and shine which makes life interesting to say the least. They went to bed fairly early given we had a party last night; still took my second sometime to rise. Maybe he is tapping to puberty which means more rest and sleep for him to allow his body to grow with health! Gotta be more graceful as today I was able to spray him with water after 7 loving kind attempts.
My eldest was excited and happy as he managed his AM while I allowed my second to do him. Interestingly, Chobi asked if I would be dropping him off to the stop, my daily routine…I said, No and his response, “Oh Man” ❤️ That was a reminder of how much it meant, so jokes aside, I walked to him and he waited for me which fills my heart. We chatted, set intentions, practiced gratitude and celebrate his AM efforts to mindful living. As for Abu, all that mattered to X-Mom was that he had breakfast before heading to the bus stop which he did. He left the house and began to run to catch the bus giving us just enough time to live a little more mindfully as a hug & kiss sent him off to school 💕
My daughter, Sayb, had a jammed packed day yesterday so we chatted about how to manage the day a little better. She is asking for a month to figure out a new school, traveling soccer, religious studies and homework….Have Tawakal (faith) she will rise. Reminded her that I am here ready to serve. As we left for the bus, she wanted to have a healthy day; felt lovely to get kisses and a hug as we parted.
Once X-Mom responsibilities pause, it was necessary to refocus on myself. Whipped out my pen to express gratitude through a journal practice and start the day strong with a workout and meditation.
